As we head into winter, we are fast approaching the longest night of the year. In ancient times, people marked this shift in the seasons with bonfires, music, dancing, and shared feasts. The winter solstice on December 21st was seen as the rebirth of the sun.
Communities gathered at places like Stonehenge, Newgrange, and other sacred sites. Over the next 15 days, the daylight will keep getting shorter, making this a natural moment for reflection, releasing and letting go of what no longer serves us. Wrap up warm and where possible, enjoy the festive season ahead.
I’ve shared a short message for you all. If you haven’t subscribed to my YouTube channel yet, I’d truly appreciate it.
Warmest wishes
